Josephine M. Hicks 82 of Wintersville, Ohio passed away July 3, 2021 at her home.

She was born April 27, 1939 in Akron, Ohio a daughter of the late Clarence and Francis (Long) Erwin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey A. Hicks; sister, Carol Jean Campbell.

Josephine operated A Shop On Main, craft store and was a decorative painter. She was a member of the Richmond United Presbyterian Church where she was a choir member, longtime elder and part of the Women's Association.

She is survived by three sons, Victor (Darla C. Guy) Hicks, Steven Lee Hicks, and Harvey Aiken Hicks III (Susie Devore); two grandchildren, Jaycee and Steven Hicks.

Friends will be received at the Richmond United Presbyterian Church on Saturday, July 10th from 10 AM until time of memorial service at 11 AM with Pastor Shawn Smith officiating.
