JOY D. COALY, 71 of Wintersville, OH died Monday, September 14, 2009 in Wintersville. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was born in Dixie, OK, October 10, 1938. He is preceded in death by his wife, Martha, his parents, Charlie and Nancy Annie Lockwood Coaly and tow brothers, Adrian and Lloyd Coaly. He is survived by two daughters, Donna (Richard) Thorne, Jr. and Sheila Coaly, both of Richmond, by a sister, Melba Daniels, Oklahoma City, OK. Services will be held in Okalahoma City at a later date. Local arrangements are being handled by the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville.
