Joyce A. Welling, 58, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away January 23, 2012 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born July 15, 1953 in Fort Dix, New Jersey, a daughter of Fred and Mildred Groves Kidd.

Joyce was loved dearly and will be sadly missed by all.  She will always be in our memories and forever in our hearts.  She was Methodist by faith and a devoted Registered Nurse in the valley for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Chris Welling of Wintersville; daughter, Melissa (Jason) Seilhamer of Irwin, PA; son, Bryan (Kristin) Snyder of Burgettstown, PA, and Dusty Welling of Akron, OH, and Levi (Tereza) Welling of Norton, OH; grandchildren, Austin, Landen, Dylan, Brianna, Luke, and Chase; brothers, Norm (Dolly) Kidd of Follansbee, WV and Chuck (Cheryl) Rubish of Steubenville, OH; and sisters, Betty (Gary) Richardson of Wintersville and Tricia (Mike) Meronoff of Canton, OH.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 6-9 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM with Pastor Jeff Greco officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
