Joycelyn Whitehouse, 79, of Wintersville, OH, a loving mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away June 24, 2020 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville.

She was born December 1, 1940 in Richmond, OH, the daughter of the late William and Eloise (Hayden) Montgomery.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Lynn Whitehouse; daughter, Elana "Peach" Lettieri; son-in-law, Jimmy Lamatrice; and brother Keith Montgomery.

Joyce is survived by her children, Charles "Chas" (Noreen) Miro, Terri Lamatrice, Robin Thomas, and Virginia "Jenny" (Eric) Wietfeld; brothers, Robert (Betty) Montgomery, Jim (Sherri) Montgomery, and Dave (Cindy) Montgomery; grandchildren, Jason, Danielle, Brittany, Jeffrey, Shane, Alex, Tyler, and Johnnie "Pookie" Brake; and 6 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St, Richmond on Saturday from 12 PM until time of funeral services at 2 PM with Pastor Bill Westling officiating.

Burial will be held at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.

Due to the COVID situation, the family is asking not to linger inside the funeral home after paying respects.
