Obituary
Judith L. Phillips, 66, of East Springfield, Ohio passed away September 1, 2011.
She was born November 16, 1944 in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Wilbert and Adele Wittig Risdon.
Judith is a veteran of the United States Air Force. She was a member of the Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club. Judith was a homemaker who enjoyed doing crafts.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Phillips of East Springfield; sons, Jason (Michelle) Phillips of Jacksonville Florida and Joshua (Felicia) Phillips of Wintersville; daughter, Shannon Ezelle of Wintersville; grandchildren, Zachary Ezelle, Dakota and Brittany Clifton, Autumn, Jessica, and Jason Jr. Phillips, and Caleb and Carley Phillips; Sister, Terry Evans of Wintersville; and nephews, David, Robert, and Fred Evans.
