Judy Kay Davis-Lemley, 73 of Steubenville, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 30, 2021 at Weirton Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 12, 1947 in Weirton, WV, a daughter of the late Clarence and Lois Jane (Heilman) Kohnfelder. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Kohnfelder; grandson, Jacob Lemley; her dog, Molly.

She was the owner and operator of New Creations Beauty Salon in Weirton.

She was a phenomenal quilter. She was always sewing, quilting, painting, and crafting a gift for someone.

Judy is survived by her husband, Lester Lemley; son, David (Joan) Lemley; daughter, Janet (PJ) Nall; grandchildren, Matthew (Melissa), Abigail, Kayla, Justin, Christopher, Sarah, and Caitlin (George); great-grandchildren, Lonnie, Sylvia, Gemma, and Jade; her dog, Pepper; many cousins, extended family, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Sunday from 1-3 and 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be held at 7 PM.
