Julia Mae Woodstuff, 70, of Bloomingdale , OH passed away December 28, 2013 at Laurels of Steubenville.

She was born April 3, 1943 in Wintersville , OH , a daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Mary (Bado) Frantz.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Ann Bado and Barbara Zende; and sister-in-law, Ethel Frantz.

Julia is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Woodstuff; daughter, Toni Mae Hann of Wichita Kansas; brother, Charles Frantz, Jr.; and grandchildren, Caleb and Aiden.

A private family service will be held for Julia at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home in Richmond .

Private burial will follow at Richmond Union Cemetery .
