Karen K. Van Gosen, 68, of Mingo Junction , Ohio , passed away April 22, 2011 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville .

She was born September 8, 1942 in Bellaire , Ohio , to the late Virgil and Evalou (Huff) Dennis. She is also preceded in death by a son, Dennis Van Gosen.

She is survived by her companion, Michael "Mike" Olexia of Mingo Jct.; son, Steve (Shantal) Van Gosen of Richmond; daughters, Melissa (Bill) Gruber of Bloomingdale and Michelle (Lance) Lakes of Indiana.
