KAREN S. WILEY, 51, of Bergholz, OH, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2009 in the Salem Community Hospital, Salem, following a lengthy illness. She was born June 12, 1957 in Steubenville, OH. She was employed at Iron Rock Inc. of Canton and was a Methodist by faith. She is preceded in death by her father, Harry Dawson. She is survived by her husband, John R. Wiley, by her mother, Norma Hoobler Dawson Elliott, by a son, Justin Wiley and a daughter Sherry (Dannie) Fillman, both of Bergholz; by two grandchildren, Brice and Bailey Fillman, 3 brothers, Nick Dawson and Larry Mark Dawson, both of Richmond and Steven Brent Elliott of Bergholz and two sisters, Shelia (Duane) Ramsey, Wintersville and Misty (Frank) Kovach of Dalton, GA. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second St., Bergholz at 6 PM Monday with visitation one hour prior to service time. The Reverend Mark Thomas will lead the services and final resting place will be in the Bergholz Cemetery.
