Keith Edward Hennis, 69, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away on December 29, 2023. He was born on May 2, 1954, in Canton, Ohio, to Donna (Maffitt) Hennis and the late William Hennis. In addition to his father, Keith is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Fred Newburn.

Keith worked for 30+ years at Wheeling-Pitt Steel in Mingo Junction, Ohio. He was involved with the Unionport Community Center as well as Scoutmaster of Troop 192 in Unionport, Ohio. He loved volunteering his time to many different organizations. Keith also had a passion for woodworking and crafting. While Keith had many loves, the one thing he loved the most was his family.

In addition to his mother, Donna Hennis, Keith is survived by his sons, Jarad (Angela) Hennis and Cody (Taylor) Hennis; the mother of his children, Elizabeth Hennis; his brothers, William "Billy" Hennis Jr., Harry (Susan) Hennis, and Lindy (Marsha) Hennis; his sisters, Kathy Newburn, Cindy (Robert) Davis; and Brenda (James) Carducci.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, Ohio, on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home the following day, Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 11 A.M. Burial will follow at Unionport Cemetery.
