Kelly J. Bozeman 61 of Richmond, Ohio born April 14, 1960 and passed away on November 26, 2021. Kelly leaves behind her parents, Sandy Coletti, mother; Terry Costlow, Stepfather; Gary Lackey, Father; and Carol Lackey, stepmother; her son, William "Bill" Snider, and her two grandsons, William and Conner Snider; and her siblings, Dale (Renee) Lackey, Clyde (Donna) Lackey, Lonnie Lackey, Melana (John) Kaminski, and Jon Lackey. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
