Kelly Patrick Clancey 48, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 31, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic. Kelly was a Veteran of the US Air Force serving during the first Gulf War. Kelly was born April 29, 1971 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Patrick Clancey and Sue (Kissner) Clancey.

In a addition to his Mom he is survived by his wife, Andrea Clancey. He was an amazing father to his six children, Patrick W. Clancey, Bethany (Dusty) Gump, Athena Clancey, GwenDolyn Clancey, Melodey Clancey, and Kathryn Clancey; Pop Pop to grandkids, Vivian Gump, Zachary Clancey Gump and Alayna Gump; brother, Dan (Susan) Clancey; two sisters, Darla (Rodney) Schmidt and Kathy (Mike) Garmen. Memorial contributions can be made to Kelly's family. Private services were entrusted to Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, Wintersville.
