Kelly Smolinski, 36, of Richmond, OH, passed away January 17, 2015 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born November 14, 1978 in Marquette, Michigan, a daughter of Lloyd Smolinski of Alpena, Michigan and Penny (Richard "Rick") Call of Richmond, OH.

Kelly is preceded in death by her daughter, Natalie Smolinski and sister, Ivy Jean (Smolinski) Carr.

Kelly was a member of the Wintersville Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to her parents and step father, she is survived by her brother, Dustin (Kimberly) Call of Wintersville, OH; nieces, and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday 12 Noon until time of funeral services at 1:00 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton, Rd., Wintersville with Pastor Kelly Green officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
