Kevin James Kmatz, 44, of Bergholz, OH, passed away August 23, 2020 at his home.

He was born September 22, 1975 in Steubenville, OH, a son of Walter "Ike" Charles and Janie Lee (Stine) Kmatz.

Kevin is preceded in death by a brother, Sean Kmatz; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Bonita Kmatz; and maternal grandparents, William Stine and Howard and Donna Shepherd.

In addition to his parents he is survived by son, Logan Kmatz; wife, Shane Kmatz; brother, William Joseph Kmatz; sister, Tonya (Earl) Bryan; three nephews and one niece.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 5-7 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second St., Bergholz.
