Joseph Kyle Moran 36, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at his home. He was born November 16, 1983 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of Ned Joe and Brenda (Brandon) Moran Jr. Kyle was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John "Jack" and Dorothy Brandon. Kyle absolutely loved his children. He was an avid fan of the Ohio St. Buckeyes and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his children, Hunter Moran, Madison Moran, Bailee Beck and Allie Moran; paternal grandparents, Ned and Linda Moran; sister, Courtney (Mike) Hager; niece, Caitlyn Hager, many Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins.
