L. PAULINE RANDOLPH, 90, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at the Lancia Villa Royale Nursing Home, Steubenville, following a lengthy illness. She was born April 16, 1918 in Bloomingdale, Ohio, a daughter of the late Blaine and Carmen Wallace Simeral. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Earl F. Randolph in 2002 and a brother Robert Simeral. Pauline was a housewife, mother, and an active member for 67 years of the Bell Chapel United Methodist Church and a past member of the Pleasant Hill Vol. Fire Dept. Auxiliary. She is survived by two sons, Harold (Carol) Randolph and Wayne (Glenda) Randolph both of Richmond, a daughter, Carolyn (Joseph) Ross of Steubenville; a brother, Dean Simeral of Wooster, OH; 7 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Friday, January 16, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
