LENA J. HENDERSHOT, 69, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Friday, May 16, 2008 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville. She was born November 20, 1938 in Bloomingdale, OH, a daughter of the late Clyde and Rose (Oiler) Wilson. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald, who died August 29, 2003 and her son, Ronald J. Hendershot just two months later; infant sisters, Elizabeth and Margaret Wilson, 3 brothers, Clarence "Pete", Clyde "Chub" and Frank "Peter", a granddaughter, Ashley Diley, and a sister-in-law, Rose Wilson and a son-in-law, Ralph Zonker. Surviving are 3 daughters, Rose M. Zonker and Pauline (Mike) Bates, all of Wintersville and LeeAnn Hendershot and companion, Thomas Diley of East Springfield; 4 brothers, Paul "Sam" (Joann) Wilson of Piney Fork, James "Bubbles" Wilson and companion Mary of Smithfield, Gene "Punkin" (Rose) Wilson of Adena and Lowell "Butch" (Richalene) Wilson of Parlett; a sister, LuluBelle "Mouse" Conley of Wintersville and a daughter-in-law, Audrey "Lulu" Harris of Smithfield; 13 grandchildren and16 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Tuesday from 11 Am until time of funeral services at 1 PM. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
