LILIAN R. "Tillie" FRAME, 93, of Crescent, PA, went to be with the Lord Sunday, August 2, 2009 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Richmond, OH, June 5, 1916, a daughter of the late William and Belle (Williams) Cunningham. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Albert Reed Frame who died October of 1968, 4 brothers, William Osney, Charles Russell, Francis L. and James L. Cunningham and 2 sisters, Sallie Miller and Virginia Barnhouse. She is survived by her loving children, John Frame of Crescent, PA, daughters, Ruth (Loren) Carlson, Aliquippa, PA and MaeBelle Cox, Willingboro, NJ, a sister, Doris Simmons, Richmond, VA, 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was baptized in the Christian Church in Steubenville as a teenager and was a Protestant by faith. She was an active bowler, golfer, and bridge player and enjoyed reading, arts and crafts and horse shoe pitching.
