Louis "Luigi" Zangrando 63 of Wintersville, Ohio passed away April 1, 2021 at the Laurels of Steubenville. He was retired from Timet and was a Veteran of the US Army. He was an umpire for baseball and softball as well as soccer games.

He was born July 24, 1957 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Louis and Barbara Sue (Martin) Zangrando. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Gill and sister, Deborah Dalbenzio.

Louis is survived by his daughter, Marcy Zangrando; sister, Lucy Baughman; and brother, David M. Gill.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
