MADELYN RENEE TUCHEK, 37, of Richmond, OH, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009 of natural causes. She was born in Dennison, Ohio June 28, 1972 and is preceded in death by her father, Ronald "Butch" Anderson. She is survived by her mother, Marlene G. Fair of Richmond, her sons, Ronald Lee Tuchek, his wife Courtney, of Wintersville, and William M. and Gary D. Tuchek of the home; grandson, Clayton Tuchek and a brother, Ronald Lee (B.J.)
