Manuel Sabedra, 90, of Toronto, OH, passed away December 28, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born December 31, 1926 in Derry, PA, a son of the late Juan and Apolonia (Virrue) Sabedra.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his siblings, Lupe, Dan, Sabina, and Rosie.

Manuel served his country in the United States Army during WWII and was retired from Conrail.

He was a member of the Faith Chapel Church. Manuel was also a member of the Farm Bureau, the AMVETS, National Wild Turkey Federation, and TCU retiree.

Manuel is survived by his wife, Cheryl J. (Pinkerton) Sabedra; daughter, Laura Sabedra (Norris); step-sons, Jeffrey (Shelia) Pinkerton and James (Martina) Reed; grandchildren, Kolton and Trent; step grandchildren, Dustin, Randy, Cindy, Leandra, Natalya, and Zachary; and niece, Arlene Sabedra.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM with Pastor Herman Tranter officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville with full Military Honors.
