Obituary
She was born January 9, 1939 in Tunnelton, WV, a daughter of the late Jess and Helen (Pyles) Spahr.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Glenn and George Spahr and sister, Mary Hockenberry.
Marilyn was a member of the Amsterdam Women of the Moose.
She is survived by her husband Donald R. McLaughlin, Sr.; son, Donald R. (Theresa) McLaughlin, Jr.; daughter, Diane (Tom) Vahalik; brothers, Howard, Bob, Paul, Gary, and Dick Spahr; sister, Linda Boley; grandchildren, Kevin Vahalik, Devon Shewmaker, Alexis McLaughlin, and Sierra McLaughlin; and 2 great grandchildren.
Private services have been entrusted to the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, Wintersville.
