Mark Oliver Grimm Sr., 70, of Bergholz, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home. He was born on March 13, 1955, to the late Charles Grimm and Lois Jeanette Faulk. In addition to his parents, Mark is preceded in death by his siblings, Fred, Charles, Charlie, Harry, and Willy.

He worked for Rawson's Trucking for many years and then later worked at Oxford Mining.

Mark is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Shonk Shocksnider, whom he married on October 2, 1975; their children, LaManda (Shawn) Miles, Bobbi (Tom) Norris, and Mark (Crystal) Grimm; his 14 grandkids; and his siblings, Les Grimm, Bonnie Taylor, Marsha Carmichael, Everett Grimm, Wilma Byron, and Jimmy Grimm.

In honor of Mark's wishes, there will be no services held.
