Mary Ruth Corder, 61, of Bloomingdale, OH, went home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2020 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born March 20, 1959 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late John "Jack" and Marjorie (Iler) Harris.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, John D. Harris and mother-in-law, Margaret Corder Fisher.

Mary was very strong in faith and an active member of the Unionport United Methodist Church. She loved reading the bible every night. A scripture that Mary lived by is Romans 12:18 "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone."

Mary had a passionate love for nature and gardening. She enjoyed long walks on the farm, spending time with her grandchildren, and caring for her animals.

She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Howard C. Corder; children Chad (Donna) Corder, Joshua (Natasha) Corder, and Adel (Michael) Trevino; sister, Martha (Ken) Harrah; brother, Robert Bob Harris; grandchildren, Lane, Nolan, Jacob, Mazie, Charlie, Jeremiah, and Emersyn Corder; and a large extended family.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
