MARY ELIZABETH DANIELS ISNER POOLE, 89, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Gables Personal Care Home, Hopedale where she had resided for the past several years. She was born October 3, 1920, in Mannington, WV, a daughter of the late Clinton J. and Aletha Ellen Kittle Daniels. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Albert "Butch" Poole who died in 1986 and whom she married July 23, 1956, a daughter, Brenda Ellen Riffle, three brothers, Alfred M., James W. and Gregory K. Daniels and three sisters, Elva Bosley, Jacqueline Napier and Joyce Daniels Sayres. Mary and her husband, Butch, owned and operated Poole's Market for 32 years. Her pastimes included baking and quilting for her family. She is survived by two daughters, Charlotte I. Phillips and husband, Mickey of Coalton, WV and Janet B. Caldwell and husband Ronald of Bloomingdale, OH; five grandchildren, Sheila Riffle Maxey and husband Timothy of Norton, WV; Junior Phillips and wife Peggy of Coalton, WV, Bradley Phillips and wife Rachel of Elkins, WV, Roger Caldwell and wife Mandy of Hopedale, OH and Doug Caldwell of Bloomingdale, OH; seven great-grandchildren, Michael and Hannah Phillips and Whitney Phillips, all of Coalton, WV, Chelsey Phillips of Elkins, WV and Roni, Addie and Lilly Caldwell of Hopedale, Ohio. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville on Sunday from 6 - 9 PM where funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday.
