MARY E. HARTSOUK, 48, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, September 09, 2010 in Trinity Medical Center, Steubenville, following open heart surgery. She was born March 23, 1962 in Weirton, WV, a daughter of the late John D. and Mary Moran Hartsouk. She is also preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Hartsouk. She was a veteran of the US Army having served in Germany. Mary was an administrative assistant for R. Davis and Sons, Richmond and a member of the Amsterdam Community Church of God, the women's bible study and a St. Judes contributor. She is survived by her Mom, Anna (Mantos) Hartsouk of Bloomingdale, Ohio, a son, Thomas Darrell Hartsouk of California, a sister, Amanda (Bill) Pyles of Peoria, AZ, a brother, John (Kasey) Hartsouk of Bloomingdale, nephew Brayden Hartsouk and niece Kameryn Hartsouk and nephew and niece, Jack and Emily Pyles. A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Mary at the Amsterdam Community Church of God at 3 PM Saturday with Pastor Bob Davis officiating. Friends will be received on Saturday at the church from 1 to 3 PM. Burial will be in East Springfield Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home of Richmond.
