MARY ANN MARSH, 53, of Bergholz, OH, died suddenly Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, where she worked as a nurse unit clerk in the Cardiac Care Unit. She was an active member, trustee and first female firefighter with the Bergholz Volunteer Fire Department and an Emergency Medical Technician with the Bergholz EMS. Mary Ann was a Methodist by faith and loved to travel. She was born in Steubenville, OH, March 9, 1953, a daughter of Harley E. Shannon of Irondale and the late Joyce A. (Pisklo) Shannon who died November 29, 2002. She is also preceded in death by an infant sister, Louise. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Frank Ondusko, Jr., Bergholz, whom she married May 1, 1999; one son, John C. (Lynette) Marsh, Bergholz, 2 grandchildren, Britney Reed and Chaz Cunningham, both of East Liverpool, 2 great-grandchildren, Mikayla and Malachi Reed; by 4 brothers, Harley (Mary) Shannon, Jr., Lisbon, Terry (Charlotte) Shannon and Gary (Cathy) Shannon, both of Irondale and James (Trish) Shannon, Mingo Jct; and by two sisters, Sharon Kay Shannon, Steubenville and Norma (Cecil) Chase, Knoxville. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second St., Bergholz from 2-4 and 7-9 PM Friday, March 31 and on Saturday from Noon until 1 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held at the funeral home at 1 PM Saturday led by the Reverend Mark Thomas. Her burial will follow in the Bergholz Cemetery.
