Mary Catherine Wilson, 93, of Wintersville, formerly of Richmond, passed away Monday July 23, 2012 at the Sienna Woods Nursing Facility in Wintersville, Ohio.

She was born March 8, 1919 in Toronto, Ohio, daughter of the late Christopher C. and Catherine (McGivern) Haynes.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Okey Wilson; son, Lawrence Wilson; three brothers, Bill, John, and Tom Haynes; and two sisters, Peg Barker and Helen Wickham.

She is survived by three sons, Bob (Pat) Stewart of Dayton, Texas, David (Tracie) Wilson of Steubenville, Ohio, and Jim (Sandra) Wilson of Richmond, Ohio; three daughters, Virginia (Richard) Stimpert, Patricia Scott both of Toronto, Ohio, and Darlene (David) Dees of Ocala, Florida; brother, Charles (Sandy) Haynes of Katy, Texas; 29 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville.

Funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 AM at St. Francis Catholic Church, Toronto, Ohio with Father Thomas Vennitti celebrant.

Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary, Steubenville.

There will be a vigil service 2:00 PM Wednesday.
