MAXINE McCLELLAND, 80 of Mingo Jct., formerly of Richmond, OH, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2006 in Trinity Medical Center East, Steubenville following a lengthy illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Church of the Nazarene, Wintersville; the Mingo Jct. Senior Citizens and the Tri County Coon Hunters Assn. She was born in Antioch, Monroe Co, OH, February 7, 1926, a daughter of the late Roscoe and Freda (Bonam) Cline. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Frank McClelland who died in 1990, by 2 sons, Earl McClelland in 1976 and Dennis Ray McClelland in 1991; by 2 brothers, Bernard and Edward Cline and two sisters, Wanda Stacey and Grethel McCourt and an infant grandson. She is survived by a son, Frank Wayne McClelland of Mingo Jct, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, by 2 sisters, Georgia Ramsey of Richmond and Patti (Earl) Mallernee, East Springfield and by 2 brothers, Emerson Cline of East Springfield and Lewis Cline of Harlem Springs. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday with Pastor Miller of the Steubenville Church of the Nazarene.
