Melinda Withers, 31, of Steubenville, OH, passed away October 27, 2014.

She was born on September 22, 1983 in Wichita, Kansas, a daughter of Armando De La Torre and Lisa Godpastor.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her sons, William Louis King, Jr. and Tray Allen Withers; sister, Yozue De La Torre; brothers, Woodrow Levy III, John Levy, Leon Levy, Ronnie Lee De La Torre, and Armando De La Torre; and nieces and nephews.

Melinda was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed being with her family.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on October 30, 2014 from 12:00 PM until time of funeral services at 2:00 PM.
