Michael David Shupe, 58, of Steubenville, OH passed away July 19, 2014 in East Liverpool, OH.

He was born October 9, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland, a son of the late Chalmer and June Ann (Merriman) Shupe.

In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his grandparents; aunts, Marie Kinney and Loretta Merriman; uncle, Floyd George Merriman; and cousin, George Robert Merriman.

He was a member of the Piney Fork Presbyterian Church.

Michael was a barber and chef. He was a drum major and a good baseball player when he was younger. He was known for his social and loving personality.

Michael is survived by his God Mother, Inez Zajdowicz; uncle, Robert Merriman; 92 year old aunt, Marie Delibera; special friend, Barbara West; many cousins and friends.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Wednesday from 6:00 PM until time of the memorial service at 7:00 PM with the Reverend Dr. Philip Makari officiating.
