Mildred “Blondie” Jane Rowland, 78, of Salem, Ohio, passed away on August 15, 2026. She was born on July 20, 1948, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Walter and Dolores (Farmsworth) Beebe. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Rowland; and her brother, Dennis Beebe.

Mildred is survived by her sister, Margie Walker; and her brother-in-law, Michael Chichick.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 10 A.M. until time of services at 11 A.M. Burial will follow at Richmond Union Cemetery.
