Mona Lou Chandler, 83, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on January 5, 2024. She was born on July 14, 1940, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Harry and Dorothy (Rairigh) Clark. In addition to her parents, Mona Lou is preceded in death by her husband, Lowell E. Chandler; her daughter, Valerie Donohue; her brother, Harry J. Clark; and her brother-in-law, Pete Olivito.

Mona Lou was a previous member of Bell Chapel United Methodist Church for many years.

She is survived by her daughters, Victoria L. Chandler and Cynthia A. (Michael) Seese; her sister, Martha A. Olivito; her grandchildren, Sean C. Donohue, Valerie (Jacob) Morello, and Clark A. Seese; and several nieces and nephews/great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, Ohio, on Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 11 A.M. until time of services at 1 P.M. with Rev. Jeff Proya officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Steubenville.
