Myrl Forest Gotschall, 82, of Winterville, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on April 16, 2013.

Myrl was an avid Steeler fan.

He was born July 31, 1930 in Hopedale, Ohio a son of the late Lawson Forest and Ethel (Grinder) Gotschall.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by infant daughter Brenda Jo; son, Mark; brother, Ray; sisters, Jean and Elaine; and brother in law, Lewis.

Myrl served his country in the United States Army during WWII.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo (McClain) Gotschall of Wintersville; sons, Rick (Lisa) of Cambridge, Doug of Wintersville, and Ernie (Heather) of Massillon; daughters, Rhonda and fiancAC. Monti of Wintersville, and Tonya and companion Mike of Wintersville; and blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd. Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 4 PM until time of the funeral services at 6 PM.

Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
