Nannetta R. Householder, 85, of Toronto, OH passed away March 17, 2015 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born March 20, 1929 in Toronto, OH, a daughter of the late Charles and Jenny (Douds) Speedy.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Eugene Householder who she married on January 26, 1947; and siblings, James Speedy, John Speedy, Charles Speedy, Edna Cronin, Elizabeth Bunner, and Janet Huffman.

She was a devoted member of New Somerset United Methodist Church.

Nannetta was a teacher's aide at Edison Local School District where she served as a GED coach for over 35 years, and many people received their GED because of her dedication.

She enjoyed playing cards, fishing, and cooking for her family.

Nannetta is survived by her children, Mabel Jane (David) Lawrence of Toronto, OH, Sara (Pastor Robert) Welch of Toronto, OH, Mary (William) Trimmer of Toronto, OH, Rebecca Jean (Charles) Miller of Columbiana, OH, and Jeffrey (Jane) Householder of Richmond, OH; siblings, Robert Speedy of Canfield, OH, Ormand "Pete" Speedy of Toronto, OH, Norma Areford of Mantua, OH, and Nola Smith of Mooresville, NC; grandchildren, David (Becky) Turk, Kristina (Derek Blake) Turk, Rob (Jen) Welch, Julianna (Aaron) Miller, Anthony (Floie) Trimmer, Eli (Melissa) Trimmer, Mark (Carrie) Miller, Cale (Megan) Miller, Lara Householder, Wes Householder, and Aaron Householder; and 12 great grandchildren, all of whom adored her.

Friends and family will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Thursday from 2 PM until time of funeral services at 6 PM with Pastor Robert Welch officiating.
