Neva Mae Zinda 87 of Amsterdam, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 24, 2022. She was born January 31, 1935 in Carrollton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Richard and Nina (Ray) Moreland. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Paul Zinda, Sr.; granddaughter, Chelsea Zinda; siblings, Nellie Yeager, Floyd Moreland, Chester Moreland, Harold Moreland, Richard "Dickie" Moreland.

She was a member of Amsterdam Community Church of God. Neva enjoyed bingo, cards and other games but most important to her was her loving family.

She is survived by her children, Walter Paul Zinda, Jr., Joy Knox, Michael (Margie) Zinda, and Jeanne Zinda; five grandchildren, Aaron (Jodi) Zinda, Timmy Collins, Shane Zinda, Jessica Zinda, and Bradyn Zinda; great-grandchildren, Abagayle Collins, Trevor Zinda, Ben Zinda, and Gavynn Black.

Friends will be receive at the Amsterdam Community Church of God, 8247 Bear Rd SE, Amsterdam ,Ohio 43903 on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 11 AM until time of funeral services at 1 PM with Pastor David Guess officiating. Burial will follow at East Springfield cemetery.
