Norma Louise Baughman 84, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away September 14, 2021 at Acuity Specialty Hospital, Weirton. She was born August 10, 1937 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late George Russell and Mildred Ruth (Mathes) Westling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Wayne Myers; husband, Robert Baughman; son, Robert Baughman, sisters, Ruth Porter and Pyllis Smith; brother, Art Westling.

She is survived by her sons, Glenn (Candy) Myers and George (Terry) Baughman; brothers, John Westling and Ed Westling; sisters, Alice Bradley and Mary Helfers; grandchildren, Stephanie (Bobby) Evans, Michelle (Johhny) LeRoy, and Jonathan Baughman; great-grandchildren, Brayden LeRoy, Bo Evans, Charlie Evans and Hadlee LeRoy; many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home.
