Norma Chase, 63, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away on August 15, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born on April 16, 1960, in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Harley Sr. and Joyce (Pisklo) Shannon. In addition to her parents, Norma is preceded in death by her sisters, Louise and Mary Ann; and her brothers, James and Gary.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Ivan (Cecil) Chase Sr.; her daughter, Angel (Charles) Grimm Jr.; her son, Ivan Chase Jr.; her 3 grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Dalton) Ramsey, Isaac (Jaicee) Grimm, and Alivia Chase; her 4 great grandchildren, Kolten, Maelee, Harper, and Brendan; her brothers, Harley "Butch" (Mary) Shannon, Terry (Charlotte) Shannon; and her sister, Kay Shannon.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second St., Bergholz, Ohio, 43908, on Friday, August 18, 2023, from 1 P.M. until time of services at 4 P.M. with Pastor Bill Westling officiating.
