Norma Jane (Parks) Evangelista, 85 of Richmond, Ohio passed away Friday, September 25, 2020. She attended Two Ridge Presbyterian Church and was retired from Trinity Health System as an anesthesia aid.

She was born July 31, 1935 in Canton, Ohio a daughter of the late Mervin "Peck"and Sara (Hill) Carson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Paul and Richard Moore.

Janey is survived by a son John Parks; two daughters, Janice "Poodie" Parks and her companion Greg Gump and Michelle Howell; grandsons Tanner Young and fiancé Courtney Robinson and Carrson Howell; sister-in-law, Ethel Moore; many nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Jefferson County Humane Society
