NORMA JEAN GRIMES, 78, of Amsterdam, Ohio, passed away Friday,
December 24, 2010 in Sienna Woods Nursing Home, Wintersville following
a lengthy illness.

She was born July 9, 1932 near New Matamoras, Ohio, a daughter of the
late Earl R. and Margaret Ruby Coss Bohmer. She is also preceded in
death by her husband, Bernard O. Grimes who died in 1990, a son,
Donald Grimes who died in 2007, an infant grandson, Jarrod Michael
Grimes, a brother, Donald Bohmer and two sisters, Evelyn Fisher and
Joyce Kimberland.

Norma Jean was a homemaker, a member of the East Springfield Senior
Citizens and Christian by faith.

She is survived by 4 sons, John Grimes of Amsterdam, Ronald (Pat)
Grimes, East Springfield, Dave Grimes, Amsterdam and Joey (Carol)
Grimes, Amsterdam, a daughter in law, Terri Grimes of East
Springfield, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and a brother,
Myron Bohmer of Belmont, Ohio.

Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St.,
Richmond on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where funeral services will be
held at 11 AM Tuesday with Pastor Sam Davis officiating.

Burial will follow in East Springfield Cemetery.
