Norman L. Delaney, 81, of Steubenville, OH, passed away March 15, 2021 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

He was born September 3, 1939, a son of late Harold and Edith (Majors) Delaney.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Betty Gualt and brother, Robert Delaney.

He served his country in the United States Army.

Norman was an avid card player.

He is survived by his brothers, Bill (Linda) Delaney, Gary (Patty) Delaney, and Donnie Delaney.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Thursday from 12 PM until time of funeral services at 2 PM with Pastor Johnny Majeski officiating.

Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Steubenville.
