Patricia "Patty" Ann Noble, 64, of Amsterdam, Ohio, passed away on July 10, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born on January 10, 1959, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Allan and Ruby (Sizemore) Moffat. In addition to her parents, Patty is preceded in death by her loving husband, Brent Lee Noble; and her son, Jeffery Noble.

Patty absolutely adored her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time/being there for them. Not only to her grandchildren, but adored her children deeply. She was never a stranger to anyone. She welcomed everyone with the biggest smile with open arms. She was also known as mamma-pat to many of her children's close friends.

She is survived by her sons, Brent (Kate) Noble and Keith (Kristen) Moffat; her daughter, Lee Ann (Jason) Springer; her brothers, Kyle and Jamie Moffat; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Hunter, Austin, Jon, Kylie, Alli, and Libby.
