Paul R Moody, Sr went to be with the Lord Monday, December 14, 2020.

He was born June 10, 1929 in Morgantown, WV, a son of the late Argil and Grace (Westfall) Moody. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline (Bates) Moody, daughter Barbara Kulow, and two sisters, Hilda Ridel and Edna Marie Moore.

Paul was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Steubenville, Ohio. He was a Navy Veteran, serving on the USS Little Rock. He also served in the West Virginia National Guard. He was a truck driver for many years and also worked in construction until his retirement. He enjoyed many years after retirement going camping, fishing and gardening. He was also a member of Weirton VFD Company One.

He was blessed with 63 years of marriage with his wife Pauline, and had seven children. He is survived by his daughters, Anna Haggerty, Pam (Pete) Huzey, Patricia (Ralph Jr) Taylor, Sandra Nation, Janice (Brian) Striker, and son, Paul R. (Elizabeth) Moody ll, 18 grandchildren, 24 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
