PAUL V. WHITE, 75, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away August 10, 2010 in Trinity West Medical Center, Steubenville.
He was born Columbus, Ohio May 13, 1935, a son of Grace White Adams and step-father George Adams.
He was retired from Weirton Steel as a general forman, scrap inspector - BOP and was a veteran of the US Army.
Paul was a kind and loving husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Wilma (Pinnell) White whom he married January 15, 1961, a daughter, Lisa (David) Teeple of Cols, OH, Stacy (Jack) Glock of Stagecoach, NV and Sara (Sam) Barela of Stagecoach, NV grandchildren, William, Alyssa, Sydney, Benjamin, Rachel, Sylena and Sarina, a sister, Donna (Don) VanCleave of Burkburnett, TX and a brother, Carl (Joy) Patton of Capistrano, CA
He was a Camaro enthusiast and showed Camaros for years, a particular favorite of car cruise-ins. He belonged to the North Eastern Ohio Camaro Club.
He was active in community affairs having been an early member of the Jefferson Ruritan Club and a Zone Governor; and was member of the Masonic F & AM Pilgirm Lodge #632 and the Valley of Steubenville Scottish Rite, participated in walk-a-thons for charity events and aided in raising funds for Shriner's Burn Clinics;
Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 PM where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday with the Pastor Tommy Mills officiating.
Burial will follow in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery. Full military honors will be held at graveside.
Masonic services will be held at 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.
