Pauline R. Adkins 81, a resident of Dixon Healthcare Center , Wintersville, passed away February 24, 2011 .

She was born November 25, 1929 in Akron , Ohio a daughter of the late Jason and Myrtle Salyer. Pauline was also preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Adkins and a son John Jason Adkins.

She is survived by a daughter, Joyce M. Blankenship; three sons, Roger Lee, Eugene W., and Warren Paul Adkins; brother, John Paul Salyer; two sisters, Janice Salyer Litton and Carol Salyer McPhearson; 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 437 Powells Lane, Wintersville from 12 noon until time of services at 2 PM. Arrangements by Everhart-Bove funeral home, Wintersville.
