PFC Hunter Layne West 20 of Fort Eustis, VA passed away February 8, 2020. He was a soldier in the US Army and a member of the 53RD battalion. Hunter was a 2018 graduate of Edison High School and was voted class clown by his classmates. Hunter loved playing Xbox, LSU and New Orleans Saints football.

He was born December 7, 1999 in Bastrop, LA. He is survived by his parents, Jerrad (Heather) West; wife, Cheyanne West; daughter, Adelynn West; paternal grandparents, Linda (Jerry) West and Tom (Susie) Snyder; brothers Cameron West, Austin Hyndman, and Connor Hyndman; several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
