Obituary
Phillip T. Koontz, 82, of Wintersville, OH, formerly of Richmond, OH, passed away July 9, 2019 peacefully with family at bedside.
Preceded in death by son, Tim "Grouch" Koontz.
Phillip was very active and employed by PrimeTime up until his passing.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 65 years, Joan Koontz; sister, Judy (Len) Williams; daughter, Patty Blankenship; son, Joe (Vikki) Koontz; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Per his wishes there will be no services.
