Phyllis Jean Hutton, 86, of Wintersville, OH passed away July 27, 2013 at her home.

She was born June 10, 1927 in Toronto, OH a daughter of the late Vernon and Helen Hackathorne.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Dale C. Hutton.

She was a member at the Starkdale Presbyterian Church. Phyllis was a nurse at Ohio Valley Hospital for over 52 years.

She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Phyllis is survived by her son, David (Cynthia) Hutton of Wintersville; brother, David Wayne Hackathorne of Wintersville; grandchildren, Nicole (Gene) Fields, Megan (Sean) Hale, and Devon C. Hutton; and seven great grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville.

Funeral services will be held at the Starkdale Presbyterian Church, Steubenville on Wednesday at 11:00 AM with the Reverend Dr. Philip Makari officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
