Ralph A. Galloway, 71, of East Springfield , Ohio passed away Wednesday November 2, 2011 in Weirton Medical Center .

He was born August 11, 1940 , in Toronto , Ohio , a son of Opal M. Stewart Galloway of East Springfield , Ohio , and the late Ralph C. Galloway. In addition to his father he also preceded in death by his wife, Ruth E. Galloway and sister, Shirley Darios.

Ralph served his country for over 20 years and during Vietnam . He was in the United States Navy for 11 years and served the remainder in the Army Reserves.

In addition to his mother Ralph is survived by his sons, Robert (Sandra) Galloway of Keystone Heights, Florida and William (Jolynn) Galloway of Middleburg, Florida ; daughter, Lori Howard of Jacksonville , Florida ; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main Street , Richmond on Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12 Noon with Mr. Darl Dinger officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
