Ralph Kerns

Ralph Kerns, 85, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away July 24, 2026 at Trinity Medical Center West. He was retired from Wheeling Pitt Steel and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Ralph was a Veteran of the US Navy.

He was born March 19, 1941 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late James and Marjorie (Lash) Kerns. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Kerns; son, Tim Kerns; sister, Linda Johnston.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Martha (Ewing) Kerns; daughters, Darlene (Bill) Robertson and Charlotte Kerns; step-son, Kevin (Kerianne) Habbit; brother, James (Carol) Kerns; grandchildren, Amber and Zachery Kerns, Beckie (Nate) Yeager, Krystina (David) Torres, Kayla (Dalton) Sindeldecker, and Kaydence Habbit; great-grandchildren, Kailey, Rilynn, and Ellianna.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Monday, July 27, 2026 from 10 AM until time of services at 12 Noon with Pastor Tommy Mills officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
